Individuals generally come to me if they are experiencing problems in the areas of work, relationships, health, grief and bereavement, depression or anxiety. However, there doesn't always need to be a reason to access therapy. Some clients attend sessions with me just because they feel something is wrong but are not sure what that is. Counselling can give you the space to talk things through and gain some clarity on your feelings.
