Personal Therapy: Counselling Students

Service Description

I currently teach counselling at a local university and have provided therapy to university student for eight years. When considering personal therapy there doesn't always need to be a reason to access therapy. Some clients attend sessions with me just because they feel something is wrong/ need it for their course. However, as we start to unpack things, they realised the benefits. Counselling can give you the space to talk things through and gain some clarity on your feelings. I offer a safe environment in which you will be listened to and assisted in making sense of whatever brings you to counselling.
